Big wide pore silica gel is milky particle, classified as two kinds, i.e. granular（SG08）and spherical（SG09），each kind includes two systems。The main ingredient is SiO2·nH2O，indissolvable in water and inorganic acid，dissolvable in hydrofluoric acid and thick caustic alkali solution.
This product is widely used as beer stabilizer, catalyst and catalyst carrier, used for adsorption of macromolecule protein in ferment, used for refining and purifying vital active substance, used for purification of water and recovery of valuable metals, separation & purification of effective ingredients from Chinese herb and synthesis pharmaceuticals, also used in water-proof gel material as well as air-separation adsorption material.
